MOSCOW, Nov 29 (PRIME) – Russia still thinks that an oil price cap is unacceptable regardless of its level, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on Tuesday.
“We have a rather tough stance here, and I spoke about that many times. It is tough regardless of the price. Even if it is high, it is still unacceptable from the point of view of signing contracts,” he said.
